		<description>Thanks Bert. I agree that is a good model to use especially in a SaaS setup. In fact, we used that model in Siterra. One of the challenges we faced with Wiki was it was not a great publishing technology for vendor to push the documentation. It is definitely great for cases where collaboration and contribution is encouraged.</description>

		<description>In all the years we have received documentation from the ERP provider, I don&#039;t recollect reading manuals.
It is always the training that is given to us that got us going.

One of the SaaS solutions we use has a wiki for documentation. The software vendor puts their official documentation on a read-only wiki and lets each tenant have a copy that they can edit to add more company specific user-help, instructions etc.</description>
