I've been pushing for a Citrus County FL wide recycling program for 18 months. We have a recycler now doing about 5% of our population but interesed in signficantly increasing it. One big problem is consumer appeal. In spite of costs being about the same, it will mean residents separate their recycleable items and many have not interest in it, in spite of knowing the benefits to our resources and the environment.
